Position Summary:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for our IT Services division, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through full-cycle sales—prospecting, closing deals, and managing customer accounts. You’ll collaborate closely with executives at industry-leading firms to build revenue-generating relationships, align resources, and identify high-value opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the IT solutions or IT services industry.
  • Campaign Management Expertise: Proven experience running successful email and LinkedIn campaigns using modern, AI-driven tools to drive engagement and maximize reach.
  • Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the North American IT market and industry trends.
  • Hunter Mentality: A proactive approach to B2B sales with a proven record of success in identifying and securing new business.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Ability to establish strong, effective working relationships with internal Sales and Recruiting teams, adapting strategies as needed to maximize impact.
  • Adaptability: Agility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where priorities may shift.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: A self-starter with a passion for taking initiative and contributing to a startup culture.
  • Effective Communication: Strong listening and communication skills to engage clients, understand their needs, and articulate EffiQ’s unique value.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Research: Gathering information about leads, such as their needs, pain points and budget, to customize the sales strategy.
  • Engage Potential Clients: Use a multi-channel approach (phone, text, email) to connect with prospective clients, build rapport, and deeply understand their specific IT staffing and project requirements.
  • Drive Business Development: Proactively identify prospective accounts and strategically pursue new business opportunities within target organizations.
  • Execute Email & LinkedIn Campaigns: Leverage new-age, AI-driven technologies to run email and LinkedIn campaigns that effectively engage potential clients. You will utilize data-driven insights to optimize outreach efforts and increase conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with Recruiting Team: Partner with our recruiting team to ensure that client staffing needs are matched with the right talent for both short- and long-term contract and full-time roles.
  • Prospecting: The active search for new potential clients through various sources, such as databases, networking events and social networks. Evaluating their fit with the company.
