VisiQ is our flagship data platform that ingests operational data from ERPs, WMS platforms, and supply chain systems to deliver real-time analytics and AI-driven insights. At EffiQ, we aren’t looking for traditional QA. We need a Senior Data Tester who understands big data pipelines, cloud data platforms, and data integrity at scale. This role owns data correctness across the entire pipeline—from ingestion to the final AI-driven insight. Your work will be the backbone of Execution Intelligence, ensuring that AI-driven insights are accurate, actionable, and mission-ready.

What You’ll Work On

In this role, you will be the guardian of data truth for our customers. Your core responsibilities include:

• Large-Scale Validation: Validate data pipelines from ingestion → transformation → analytics.
• ETL/ELT Testing: Deep-dive into logic and transformation rules to ensure zero data loss.
• Automation: Build automated data validation frameworks using SQL and Python.
• System Reconciliation: Reconcile source systems (WMS/ERP) against our analytics layers.
• AI/ML Integrity: Validate datasets powering our BI dashboards and ML models.
• Performance: Stress test pipelines for high-volume data loads to ensure stability.
• Data Governance: Implement checks for duplicates, completeness, and schema drift.

Our platform is built natively on Amazon Web Services (AWS), utilizing modern cloud architecture to handle complex supply chain datasets at scale.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a practitioner who is comfortable working directly with our Data and ML Engineers.

• Experience: 7+ years testing data pipelines or big data systems.
• SQL Mastery: Strong SQL skills for large-scale data validation.
• Technical Depth: Experience testing ETL / data warehouse architectures.
• Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on experience with AWS data services.
• Framework Building: Proven ability to build automated data testing frameworks.
• Advanced Domains: Experience testing ML data pipelines and streaming data.
