2.1 Information You Provide Directly
- Name, email address, phone number, and job title submitted via contact or consultation request forms
- Company name, industry, and operational details shared during sales conversations or client onboarding
- Résumés and career information submitted through our Careers page

2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and operating system
- Pages visited, time on site, referral source, and clickstream data

2.3 Information from Client Engagements

Note: Data shared within the context of a consulting engagement (e.g., WMS configuration data, ERP records, warehouse metrics) is governed by the terms of your Master Services Agreement and any applicable Data Processing Agreement, not solely this Privacy Policy.

- Deliver and manage our consulting services and software products (VisiQ, NaviQ)
- Process job applications and manage hiring workflows

EffiQ operates offices in Canada and India. Personal information may be processed in either jurisdiction. We also engage cloud infrastructure providers including AWS and Microsoft Azure, whose services may involve data processing in the United States or other countries.
Where personal information is transferred outside Canada, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place consistent with PIPEDA requirements. By using our services, you acknowledge that your information may be processed in jurisdictions with different privacy laws than your own.
11. Children’s Privacy
Our services are directed exclusively at businesses and enterprise professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
